In addition to our singing and piano lessons, we also offer breathing technique training. Proper breathing is essential to becoming an influential singer or speaker. It is the foundation of the voice, and the first technique we teach all of our students is the D BREATH METHOD .This breathing technique will generate a whole new power in your body. The physiological Effects of Diaphragmatic breathing are extensive. D breathing and relaxation breathing techniques activate the part of your nervous system, the parasympathetic nervous system, which sends a signal to your brain to tell the anxious part that you're safe and don't need to use the fight, flight, or freeze response. Our students appreciate the benefits of D Breathing after a day at school. Our students love that this is the way we start our lessons, it creates new energy and engagement so the lessons are super fun and energetic!

Our breathing technique training will not only enhance your singing voice and speaking voice, but it will also improve your overall health. We teach breathing techniques in every singing lesson but single sessions are available to book for the stressed out adult who needs to find a ways to de-stress.
